Job Summary :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical finance professional to join our team as a Senior Business Analyst in the construction industry . This is a fully onsite position —remote is not available .

The ideal candidate will have recent and continuous U.S. construction industry experience , with a solid record of stable employment and no significant gaps in work history . This role combines advanced accounting expertise with business analysis to optimize financial processes, ensure accurate reporting, and support strategic decision-making.

The successful candidate will be proactive, data-driven, and highly proficient in Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and financial modeling), with strong skills in cash flow analysis and financial reporting for construction projects.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct detailed cash flow to support project planning, financial forecasting, and liquidity management.
• Prepare and review budgets, forecasts, and variance reports for multiple construction projects.
• Develop and maintain financial dashboards, KPIs, and management reports for executive review.
• Perform advanced Excel-based analysis (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and complex financial modeling).
• Lead and support projects that integrate financial and operational data to provide strategic insights.
• Create and Present complex financial and operational data clearly to the executive leadership team .
