Job Purpose
As a Sales Hunter / Director you will be responsible for :
Responsibilities
- To pursue end to end GTM strategy from pursuit to closure
- Net New (Targeted list in the region / market aligned to Orion's strategic growth objectives for Banking & Financial Services)
- Go-to-client leader for developing key account and customer relationship strategies, identifying specific pursuit opportunities to build and expand Orion's Financial Services footprint
- Focus hunting new logos and key customers within the region
- Grow the firm's business with these new clients through consultative selling & adoption of the Domain Led - Digital Transformation & Digital Product Development Solutions & Services
- Interact directly with senior client executives (CXOs and 2-3 levels down) to understand strategic goals and help design solutions and services that meet these goals by leveraging Orion's capabilities
- Develop, own & lead account planning, GTM within new logos, and account penetration strategies (land and expand, new business unit / LOB expansion, geo / regional expansion)
- Respond to and deliver on client requests, RFI / RFPs, technology & services needs
- Identify opportunities for digital transformation initiatives that align to Orion's capability areas
- Make solution proposals, pricing models, and presentations to clients in line with account strategy
- Own the entire account operations process – budgeting / targets, forecasting, MSA / contracts, SOWs, invoices
- Engage with Delivery & Operations teams to manage project / program margins
- Oversee delivery of Orion's commitments by working with Experience Design, Engineering, Data & Analytics, AI, Cloud & Infrastructure, QA, and other teams
- Develop alliances & partnerships for teaming on sales initiatives (advisory / consulting, solution design, execution capabilities)
- Drive customer success : build trust-based relationships, manage steering committees, governance & satisfaction
- Act as a thought leader in Financial Services, with understanding of trends, regulatory impacts, and technologies driving digital transformation
- Contribute to digital marketing efforts to expand mindshare (blogs, case studies, webinars, campaigns, analyst briefings, roadshows)
Qualifications
