ARCpoint Labs of Las Vegas is seeking a Phlebotomist / Laboratory Technician to perform blood draws and direct-observed specimen collections in a professional and compliant manner.

We are looking for a competent, confident, and experienced professional —not a trainee—who can perform high-quality collections and thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. Candidates must be reliable, organized, and skilled at working with patients of all ages, including children, elderly individuals, and those who may be anxious or difficult draws.

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate, high-quality venipuncture (blood draws) for all patient populations.
• Conduct direct-observed urine collections in compliance with DOT and federal guidelines.
• Maintain specimen integrity and proper chain-of-custody procedures.
• Provide courteous, respectful service while maintaining strict confidentiality.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and professional at all times.
• Support laboratory operations and other collection-related tasks as needed.
