Job Summary : The Principal Patroller is a role designed to offer additional career and leadership opportunities within our Patrol function. In addition to their primary role of a frontline patroller, a successful Principal Patroller will use their technical expertise and leadership drive to enhance the effectiveness of Ski Patrol at their home resort and across the entire Vail Resorts network.

Applicants accept that this role is for the 2025-2026 Winter Season only - this role will not be available in future seasons.

The expected pay range is $25.00 / hr - $31.91 / hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
