About The Position

Job Title : Certified Surgical Tech (CST)

Profession : Surgical Technology

Specialty : Operating Room

Duration : 13 weeks

Shift : 7 : 00 AM - 7 : 30 PM

Hours per Shift : 12 hours

Experience : 5 years current CST experience required

License : NBSTSA required, NCCT not accepted

Certifications : BLS (AHA)

Must-Have :

• Proficiency in General, Gyn, Vascular, Thoracic, Ortho (including total joints), Neuro / Head / Spine, and Trauma
• Ability to precept

Description :

This is a firm position requiring a start date of January 5.

Two recent supervisory signed references are required and must be verified.

The candidate must have experience in General, Gyn, Vascular, Thoracic, Ortho, Neuro / Head / Spine, and Trauma procedures.

Preferred experience includes C-sections, ENT, Plastics, and DaVinci Robot.

The traveler candidate must have their own vehicle.

Proficiency in Meditech Expanse is strongly preferred.

All requests related to scheduling must be included in the profile at the time of submission.

Scheduling accommodations will not be considered after submission.

Weekend and holiday coverage may be required.

The pay structure includes on-call responsibilities by rotation.

The dress code is facility-provided scrubs.

Two supervisory signed references from the past two years of employment must be provided.
