As a Shipper Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing the daily freight movements into and out of North American fulfillment centers. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a new team focused on optimizing logistics and customer service.

Responsibilities

Ensure smooth shipments by supporting freight operations. Analyze data to improve efficiency and eliminate defects. Communicate effectively with carriers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve issues. Execute processes to meet standard work expectations. Develop performance metrics to drive business results.

Essential Skills

Experience in logistics and operations. Strong customer service skills. Ability to coordinate between multiple parties. Exceptional communication skills. Capability to work independently in a high-pressure environment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Work experience in transportation and supply chain management. Experience in customer / vendor relations, freight, transportation, and dispatch. Ability to deep dive and problem solve effectively. Experience with Paragon software is beneficial.

Work Environment

The role operates from Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 AM to 4 : 30 PM. Work is remote on Mondays and Fridays, while office presence is required from Tuesday to Thursday. The environment is fast-paced, with a focus on operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

This is a contract position based out of Atlanta, GA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
