Program Manager

We are seeking a Program Manager to lead integrated planning efforts and support functional execution through collaboration, risk management, and change control. The position requires coordination across multiple teams and locations, with regular engagement in virtual communications and customer interactions. What You Will Do
- Responsible for managing the schedule and cost performance for assigned nacelle components.
- Coordinate with teams across the organization to ensure timely delivery, address quality issues, and achieve program objectives.
- Interacts with key IPT members including operations, quality, engineering, and supply chain on a daily basis.
- Responsible for driving delivery performance through the operational sites.
- Partners with operations and supply chain to address part shortages and mitigation plans.
- Lead cross-functional teams in documenting and executing risk and opportunity mitigation plans.
- Participates, communicates, and engages in internal and external customer program reviews.
- Leads value engineering, producibility, and engineering improvements projects from conception through industrialization to drive improved SUC, direct labor hour reductions, rate readiness, and product reliability.
- Represent the Program Office in customer meetings and portfolio senior leadership updates.
- Contribute to the implementation of Raytheon Lifecycle Program Management (RLPM) practices across the Airbus portfolio.
- Participate in periodic travel (approximately 10%) to support customer meetings and program activities.
Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience.Qualifications We Prefer

The salary range for this role is 137,000 USD - 275,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
