LocumJobsOnline is working with Barton Associates to find a qualified Family Practice NP in Vermont!

About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Family Practice Nurse Practitioner for a locum tenens assignment in Vermont. This opportunity starts on Dec 1, 2025, and offers a 102-day contract working four 9-hour shifts per week, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. The nurse practitioner will provide care in a primary care clinic with an attached express care, supporting a dynamic patient population.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Deliver primary care services in a clinic setting with attached express care
  • Conduct patient assessments and develop care plans
  • Manage acute and chronic conditions across a broad patient population
  • Collaborate with clinic staff to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Utilize Medent EMR system for documentation and patient records

    • Additional Information

  • Recent family practice clinic experience required
  • Must possess active Vermont nurse practitioner license
  • Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine required
  • Familiarity with Medent EMR preferred
