What We’re Looking For :
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Plant ManagerStrong background in automated manufacturing / industrial environmentsBachelor’s degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering or AdministrationWillingness to travel within Canada and the U.S for training for about 4 month (3 weeks in 1 week off at home)Responsibilities :
Lead and manage the production, maintenance, HR, and IT support teams, ensuring effective product management and inventory control, with a strong focus on health and safety.Define, communicate, and align team objectives across both on-site and support teams.Provide strategic direction by identifying operational challenges and implementing data-driven solutions to increase productivity and sustainability.Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, and foster a safety-first culture aimed at achieving zero incidents.Conduct and lead risk assessments, incident investigations, and continuous improvement initiatives to proactively enhance workplace safety.Be a team builder, coach, and mentor, promoting a culture of collaboration and high performance.Maintain clear and consistent communication across all departments and organizational levels.Please send your resume in Word format to Valerie Bordeleau at valerie.bordeleau@quantum.ca.
