Description : POSITION SUMMARY

This role supports the Customer Service team and e-commerce operations. Role will focus on organizing and managing customer service order fulfillments, inventory fulfillment for all orders, ensuring that order processes run smoothly, and maintaining high standards of customer service, service quality and efficiency.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the Customer Service Manager.
• Managing daily order process, coordinating / communicating with shipping warehouses, and addressing any operational challenges that arise.
• Manage and oversee daily shipping performance across all OEGP marketplaces.
• Monitor Channel Advisor and all marketplaces to identify late shipments.
• Manage and oversee daily orders to resolve errors and ensure timely shipping.
• Liaise with supplier warehouse on any inventory issues.
• Manage all Ecommerce returns refunds.
• Manage specific customer refunds outside of returns based on warranty or specific product issues.
• Create FBA orders.
• Demonstrate understanding of OEGP business models and products.
• Demonstrate understanding of all OEGP / marketplace guidelines and compliances.
• Demonstrate understanding of customer service guidelines and procedures.
• Uphold customer service integrity.
• Undertake other duties assigned by Customer Service Manager to ensure operations efficiency.
