Responsibilities :

• Manage all project phases, from initial sales to final execution, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain client relationships, and provide leadership during client meetings.
• Perform project management functions, including concept engineering, estimating, and proposal creation.
• Coordinate field labor and installation scheduling in collaboration with field leadership.
• Track project budgets, forecasts, and costs to maintain financial control.
• Prepare and manage contracts, change orders, and project documentation.
• Lead pre-construction meetings and ensure effective communication with internal departments.
• Act as a mentor to junior staff and participate in recruiting and training initiatives.
