Job Scope : This role manages sourcing for labor services General maintenance, electrical maintenance. Primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to :

• Lead RFQ activities and supplier negotiations across North America
• Develop and execute supplier agreements, extensions, and change orders
• Drive cost reduction and report sourcing savings by category
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure quality, safety, and reliability
• Labor Contracts

Ideal Background :

Education : Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field

Experience : At least 5+ years experience sourcing on-site and / or embedded contractors i.e. I&E, industrial cleaning, HVAC services & LDAR is required.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :

Physical Requirements :

Ability to lift and carry in excess of 25 lbs.
