Job Description

As a Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of large-scale construction projects from ground-up through completion. You'll ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence while leading site teams and coordinating with stakeholders. Key responsibilities include :

• Manage all on-site construction activities for projects valued at $20M+
• Ensure compliance with OSHA 30 safety standards
• Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and schedules
• Maintain project documentation and reporting
• Lead site meetings and communicate progress to project managers
• Uphold company values and foster a collaborative team environment

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in ground-up construction, with a proven track record managing complex projects such as hospitals, schools, and multifamily housing.
