Job Description
This is a remote position. We are looking for an SDR to join our remote team. You will be helping the CEO and future sales team, focusing on generating new business opportunities for the company by identifying, contacting, and qualifying potential customers. You will be responsible for creating and managing leads through the sales pipeline.
Objectives of the role :
- Represent the company's products and services, using comprehensive knowledge as well as consumer research to explain how our solutions meet customer needs
- Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding potential new sales opportunities
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales executives in next steps
- Identify best practices for refining the company's lead-generation playbook
Responsibilities :
Assist CEO / Sales on : Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities for the companyContact and qualify potential customersSet appointments and follow up on leadsTrack progress toward meeting sales goalsCollaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop strategies for reaching sales targetsUse customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage leads and sales activitiesStay up-to-date on market trends, competition, and industry developmentsAttend online networking events and trade shows to build relationships and generate leadsProvide regular reports on sales activities and results to management.Requirements :
2-3 years of experience in sales or customer serviceProficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) softwareStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to build and maintain relationships with potential clientsKnowledge of sales techniques and strategiesStrong problem-solving and negotiation skillsTime management and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamFlexibility and adaptability to changeA desire to learn and grow in the sales fieldBenefits :
