Scheduling Coordinator
Pay : $23 / hour
Job Type : Contract (6 months to start)
Location : Onsite at E Airfield Dr. Dallas, TX 75261
Hours : Monday to Friday from 8AM to 5PM
PURPOSE OF POSITION :
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Acts as the primary liaison and manages the customer / client scheduling process in accordance with operational procedures, specific training needs, and requirements that may impact schedule modifications
- Communicates continuously with customers / clients, Scheduling Lead / Manager, and applicable cross-functional partners to ensure timely coordination of information and accuracy of schedule
- Understand and adhere to regulatory requirements, including country specific guidance, and verifies training objectives and documentation
- Collaborates closely with Client Services team
- Perform other related activities as assigned or requested
Qualifications
- HS diploma or equivalent required. BA degree preferred.
- 1-2 years of related experience preferred
