Analyze production costs, labor, and inventory to identify trends and variances.

Prepare and review cost reports, budgets, and forecasts.

Partner with operations and production teams to evaluate efficiency and identify cost-saving opportunities.

Maintain standard costs in the system and adjust for variances.

Support month-end and year-end close with journal entries and reconciliations.

Assist with audits and provide supporting documentation.

Deliver clear financial insights to leadership to support strategic decisions.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

3+ years of cost accounting or manufacturing accounting experience.

Strong understanding of GAAP and standard costing methods.

Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) and ERP systems.

Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Ability to collaborate across finance and operations teams.
