In this role, you'll partner with managers and employees to drive a positive employee experience, enable effective people management, and build an inclusive, high-performance culture. You bring a strong foundation in employee relations, coaching, and HR program management and enjoy working in a collaborative, high-growth environment where you can help shape processes and culture from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the People Business Partnering leader on workforce planning, change management, and team structure design.
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers and employees on performance management, development planning, and employee engagement.
- Manage and track routine and complex employee relations cases, ensuring fairness, consistency, and compliance with company policies and employment law.
- Partner with the People Business Partnering leader on sensitive investigations, documentation, and action planning.
- Serve as Employee Relations Program Manager—responsible for manager training, policy updates, system recommendations, and data reporting to identify and address trends.
- Collaborate with Talent and People Operations on candidate experience, onboarding, and workforce planning to support business growth.
- Coordinate employee engagement surveys, analyze results, and support teams in developing actionable follow-up plans.
- Assist with compensation and promotion cycles, including calibration, data validation, and justification tracking.
- Support talent reviews, leadership development sessions, and succession planning activities.
- Analyze people metrics (turnover, engagement, ER activity) and prepare data-driven insights for leadership.
- Partner across the People Operations and Talent to launch People initiatives, participating in design, driving adoption, coaching managers and employees, and serving as a change agent.
Qualifications
3 – 5 years of HR experience, including demonstrated acumen in employee relations, HR program management, and business partnering.Proven experience handling ER cases from intake through resolution, including investigations, documentation, and coaching.Working knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.Experience supporting high-growth or fast-changing organizations, ideally within tech, SaaS, or professional services.Strong project management skills—able to manage multiple priorities and deliver outcomes independently.Excellent consulting and problem-solving abilities, with a collaborative and business-focused mindset.Comfort operating in ambiguity and building new processes and systems where they don't yet exist.Demonstrated success supporting change management and employee engagement initiatives.Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly, empathetically, and with influence.What you should know
