Kforce has a client that is seeking a Salesforce Development Lead in New York, NY.Summary : We're looking for a seasoned Salesforce Development Lead to join our innovative and fast-paced team. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives on building scalable Salesforce solutions, mentoring developers, and driving impactful digital transformation across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud (with a focus on Case Management), Data Cloud, Agent Force, and more.Responsibilities : Team Leadership & Collaboration :

• Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers, ensuring high-quality code and adherence to best practices
• Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Maintain and evolve Salesforce development standards, including documentation and version control
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the Salesforce ecosystem

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical / dental / vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
