Key Responsibilities
Establish and maintain relationships with Sales teams and stakeholders
Assist in pricing and structuring complex deals and contracts
Review and negotiate customer agreements and ensure compliance with company policies
Required Qualifications
5+ years of relevant experience
Experience with Excel, CRM systems (especially Salesforce), and contract management software
Experience drafting and negotiating SaaS and high-value contracts
Understanding of legal and business impacts related to contracts
Experience in a software or SaaS company is a plus
