Information Technology Asset Manager
Job Type : Full-time
Location : On-site, D.C.
Our client is seeking an experienced technician to be responsible for providing asset management and Tier 1 support.
Responsibilities :
- Support the annual inventory process : data entry, transferring items, deposing Items, and bar code scanning
- Manage and organize assets to ensure inventory for workstations, laptops cabling, and other equipment is available.
- Help service desk team with responses to Tier 1 support.
Requirements :
- Active Top Secret Clearance
- 2+ years of working experience within IT field (help desk, asset management, Tier 1 support, Tier 2 support)
- Active Directory and Workstations experience
- Experience providing Tier 1 - Tier 2 support to end users
- Experience configuring and installing network printers, printers, workstations, and laptops for use on various classifications of networks
- Microsoft and CompTIA certifications are a plus
- Experience with updating and distributing mobile devices such as iPads / iPhones is a plus
