Position Summary

Selects lumber grades and lengths in accordance with 'pick' lists provided by truss technicians to ensure saws are able to continually cut lumber by performing the following duties.

What You'll Do

• Reads pick list to determine items to be moved or gathered
• Conveys materials and items from receiving or production areas to saw or to other designated areas.
• Sorts and places materials into designated area according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color, or product code.
• Fills requisitions, work orders, or requests for materials and distributes items to production workers or assembly line.
• Assembles customer orders from stock and places orders on pallets or shelves, or conveys orders to packing station or shipping department.

Minimum Experience : Up to one month of related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

In addition to the base wage listed, team members are also eligible to earn an additional incentive subject to changes in plan design and documents and in accordance with applicable law. Eligibility and the amount of the incentive varies based on the terms and conditions of the locations' active incentive plan for the respective year.
