Required Qualifications

7+ years of experience in financial advisory, wealth management, or related roles with a focus on equity compensation

Passion for serving startup employees and executives

Proven track record in client relationship management with high-net-worth individuals

Tech-savvy and open to leveraging new tools for improved client experiences

Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field; CFP designation or advanced degree is a plus
