• Job Description :
• Provide pharmaceutical care and consultation to patients and healthcare providers.
• Review and interpret medication orders to ensure accuracy and appropriateness.
• Monitor patient medication therapy and provide clinical recommendations.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
• Participate in patient education and counseling regarding medications.
• Maintain medication inventory and ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations.
• Participate in orientation and training programs (2-4 weeks, depending on experience).
• Attend continuing education programs to remain current in the field.
