Cost Control Foreman + Working knowledge of Mechanical (pipe), Structural, Concrete & Civil, and I&E work scope + Be able to read and interpret P&ID, PLEDS, I / E & Civil drawings + Knowledge of building material requisitions + Working knowledge of project cost control + Working knowledge of Xcel spread sheets + Working knowledge of P6 schedules and know how to read them + Team player + Good communicator + Self-starter
