Join the Madeline Fiadini LoRe Infusion Center, a leading facility offering a wide range of services including chemotherapy, non-chemotherapy treatments, blood transfusions, bio / immunotherapy, injections, and therapeutic phlebotomy. Our Oncology Specialty Clinics provide expert care in Medical Oncology, Surgical Oncology, Thoracic Oncology, Gynecologic Oncology, and Urological Oncology. The center features 10 infusion chairs, 5 oncology exam rooms, and specializes in treating diverse cases in Oncology, Hematology, GI / Rheumatology. This offers a unique opportunity to work in a rapidly growing and developing oncology program, with multiple specialties housed in one area. As part of the largest health system in NJ, connected to leading cancer centers in the area for Interprofessional quality collaboration.

Required Certifications and Licenses :

• Minimum (1) one year of recent / current acute care hospital experience
• Active NJ RN License or Multistate RN License with NJ Endorsement
• BLS certification through American Heart Association
• Graduate from an accredited NLN School of Nursing

Essential Functions :

The role of the Professional Registered Nurse is to provide quality nursing care in collaboration with the medical staff and within the guidelines of the New Jersey State Nurse Practice Act. It is the responsibility of the Professional Nurse to implement the Hospital's Mission and goals through established policies, procedures and performance improvement activities. Implementation of these goals occurs through organization and administration of individualized age specific professional nursing care to patients within an assigned unit of the hospital. The understanding of the principles of growth and development will be incorporated to assess each patient's age specific needs and determine age specific treatment modalities.
