Position Summary
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our skilled nursing team. With opportunities available across full-time, part-time, and per diem shifts, CNAs play an essential role in ensuring our residents receive the care, dignity, and respect they deserve.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, oral hygiene, dressing, and mobility.
- Encourage and support residents in regaining independence through ambulation and exercises.
- Provide skin care and administer treatments as directed by licensed nursing staff.
- Accurately document care and follow nursing instructions in the electronic health record.
- Maintain resident safety, comfort, and confidentiality at all times.
- Assist with resident admissions, discharges, and transportation.
- Safely operate, maintain, and clean resident care equipment.
- Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and mandatory educational programs.
- Uphold infection control, safety, and compliance standards.
- Foster positive communication and respectful interactions with residents, families, and colleagues.
