About the Role As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you'll play a crucial role in providing essential care to patients under the supervision of registered nurses. Key Responsibilities Personal Care : Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Vital Signs : Monitor patients' vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiration. Medication Administration : Assist with the administration of medications as directed by registered nurses. Patient Comfort : Provide comfort measures, such as positioning patients, applying ice or heat packs, and assisting with range of motion exercises. Documentation : Record patient observations, vital signs, and care provided in medical records. Communication : Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
