Process Engineer

Proven ability to lead process improvement initiatives and troubleshoot molding issues

Strong understanding of mold setup, cycle optimization, and equipment maintenance

Preferred Qualifications :

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience)

Experience with process validation, DOE, and root cause analysis

Familiarity with lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies
