Job Title : Registered Nurse Job Specialty : Case Manager Job Duration : 13 weeks Shift : Day 5x8-Hour (08 : 00 - 16 : 30) Guaranteed Hours : Not specified Experience : 1-3 years of experience required License : Registered Nurse license Certifications : BLS Must-Have : - Acute hospital experience in case management and discharge planning- Prior travel experience- Willingness to work in weekend rotation- Proficiency in InterQual, EPIC, and Allscripts / Careport Job Description : - Must have recent inpatient case manager experience focusing heavily on discharge planning in an acute care hospital setting.- Candidates with only SNF, rehab, or hospice experience will not be considered.- Preferred candidates will have 2 or more years of experience.- Utilization review experience is a plus.- ACM or CCM certification is beneficial but not required.- Complete 12 hours of non-billable orientation.- Commitment to compliance requirements is mandatory.- Modules must be completed online prior to start date.- Reasonable adjustments are offered for the COVID-19 vaccine for medical or religious exemptions.
