We are a fast-growing personal injury law firm seeking a Litigation Attorney who is motivated, organized, and eager to advance in their legal career. Key Responsibilities :

Independently manage a caseload of 40-60 personal injury related matters

Handle a caseload of personal injury matters including motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, and dog bite cases.

Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, discovery requests / responses, motions, and trial briefs.

Attend and conduct depositions, hearings, mediations, arbitrations, etc.

Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and the court.

Develop litigation strategies tailored to each case to maximize case value.

Manage case deadlines and ensure compliance with court rules and procedures.

Supervise and collaborate with support staff to prepare cases efficiently.

Provide clear and timely updates to clients regarding case progress.

Qualifications :

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Active member of the California State Bar required (in good standing) .

1-3 years of experience litigating personal injury cases (not required) .

Strong organizational, research, and writing skills.

Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines
