Preventative Maintenance Technician

We specialize in commercial fleet washing, equipment refurbishing, refrigeration, hood, coil, and solar panel cleaning, as well as parking lot services.

In this role, you will perform pressure-washing services for residential and commercial properties, operate and maintain equipment, prepare and clean various surfaces, and follow all safety protocols while keeping your work area organized. Candidates must be 21 or older with a valid drivers license, a clean driving record, the ability to lift 5070 lbs, and willingness to work in various weather conditions; prior pressure-washing experience is preferred but not required. A background and DMV check are required. After 90 days, employees become eligible for health, dental, vision, and life insurance benefits.

Compensation details : 22-27 Hourly Wage
