This role is based remotely, but if you live within a 50-mile radius of Atlanta (GA), Austin (TX), Detroit (MI), Warren (MI), or Mountain View (CA) you are expected to report to that location three times a week, at minimum.
The role is focused on designing, launching, and managing enterprise-wide development programs that strengthen core capabilities like communication, collaboration, emotional intelligence, and presentation skills. You'll work closely with our centralized teamsInstructional Design, Facilitation, Digital Learning, HRBPs, and People Analyticsto ensure these programs are timely, relevant, and aligned with GM's evolving competencies and business needs. Compensation :
The salary range for this role is $68,900 - $105,700. The actual base salary a successful candidate will be offered within this range will vary based on factors relevant to the position.
An incentive pay program offers payouts based on company performance, job level, and individual performance.
