Laborer

SUMMARY Concrete Coring Company, a company within the BSNC family, is currently seeking a qualified Laborer for Anchorage AK, to join our team. • Work closely and support a variety of skilled trades and construction activities
• Follow directives from foreman and remain productive
• Load, offload, move and organize supplies, material, tools, and small equipment at company yards and job sites.
• Prepare work sites, maintain safe work sites.
• Perform trade for long hours, day after day, often in adverse conditions, to complete the project at hand
• Duty to conduct oneself in the best interest of the company while on the job or representing CCC

• One year experience in the construction field preferred
• Proficiency with power tools
• Ability to work in a team environment, take directions from supervisors and other crew members
• Ability to actively listen and follow directions
• Strong self motivation and work ethic, ability to work with or without direct supervision
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
• Must pass fit for duty physical. NECESSARY PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. WORK ENVIRONMENT Work Environment characteristics described here are representative of those that must be borne by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. This is a construction field position; indoor and outdoor work will be required. Potential for extreme weather conditions. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
• No supervisory responsibilities. ADDITIONAL QUALIFYING FACTORS As a condition of employment, you will be required to pass a pre-employment drug screening and have acceptable background check results.
