Paint Protection Film Installer

GLO Resources is currently hiring experienced Paint Protection Film Installer for a shop in Baton Rouge, LA . The pay rate is between $20-$30 per hour with a sign-on bonus depending on experience. Commission will be a possibility after the first 6 months. The schedule is Monday Friday, 8 : 30 am 5 : 00 pm with occasional overtime.

Position Summary :

This role requires experience in installing Paint Protection Film and applying professional-grade ceramic coating to vehicles. A passion for automotive protection, pride in workmanship, and customer satisfaction are key to success in this role.

Responsibilities and Duties :

• Perform high-quality installation of Paint Protection Film on various vehicles.
• Prepare and clean vehicle surfaces to ensure proper film adhesion.
• Cut, align, and install PPF using appropriate techniques and tools.
• Apply ceramic coatings on vehicles, including paint, wheels, glass, and trim.
• Use heat guns, polishers, and detailing tools with precision and care.
• Conduct paint correction or surface prep when needed before ceramic application.
• Ensure finished work meets or exceeds customer expectations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment.
• Safely handle chemicals and materials used in PPF and ceramic processes.
• Educate clients on aftercare and maintenance for PPF and ceramic-coated surfaces.
