Requirements & Qualifications
Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related fieldLicensure required; Independent licensure (LMHC, LMFT, or LICSW) strongly preferred.Valid driver’s license and reliable transportationAbility to provide services in a home and community-based settingMust Haves
Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions tailored to client needsPerform in-home assessments and respond effectively to crisesDevelop and monitor treatment plans while maintaining thorough clinical documentationCoordinate care with external providers and client support systemsPreferred Background & Skills
Experience working with diverse populations in a community-based settingStrong crisis intervention skills and ability to work independently in the fieldExcellent communication and collaboration skills with families, schools, and other providersFamiliarity with evidence-based therapeutic practices and documentation standards
