BAS Controls Engineer II

Description of Duties and Tasks

In this role, the Service Technician will coordinate all field activity for small and large service contracts, construction projects and upgrades. These projects will include field programming, system start-up, documentation, system integration, and client training. These tasks / projects will span across multiple misc. brands of controls with a concentration on Distech.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC Controls at customer facilities
• Service and preventative maintenance on assigned customer contracts
• Inform management and customer(s) of job progress and issues
• Research and learn various controls systems as instructed
• Occasionally working with third-party contractors to accomplish a common goal
• Adhere to all active company safety policies
• Complete timecards and trip reports in a timely manner utilizing company software
• Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications :

Salary : $35-$55 / hr. based on experience
