Timber Bean Is a New Local Growing business. Opened 2023, this coffee trailer is located inside the Intel construction yard servicing construction workers.
We are a growing business with a second location opening soon and are looking for LONG TERM employees that want GROW within the business.
Position Overview : Responsibilities :
Responsibilities :
Prepare and Serve Coffee :
Expertly brew and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, and lattes.
Ensure consistency in flavor, presentation, and quality of all beverages.
Customer Service :
Greet customers with a friendly and positive attitude.
Take customer orders, provide recommendations, and answer any questions about our coffee offerings.
Handle transactions accurately and efficiently.
Maintain Cleanliness :
Keep the coffee trailer clean and organized at all times.
Follow proper hygiene and safety protocols.
Operate Equipment :
Operate and maintain coffee brewing equipment, grinders, and other tools.
Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks on equipment.
Stock and Inventory :
Monitor inventory levels of coffee beans, milk, and other supplies.
Assist in restocking and ordering as needed.
Qualifications :
Previous experience as a barista is preferred, but not required.
Knowledge of various coffee brewing methods and techniques.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality products.
Schedule :
Start time will be at 2 : 30 in the morning. But days are flexible
