As Director Of Talent Distribution & Reporting, you will lead the design and oversight of organization-wide reporting frameworks, data governance, and audience rules to ensure the right people receive the right learning and training at the right time. This role requires deep expertise in HR, talent, and learning technologies, reporting automation, and compliance standards, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights that enable talent and learning teams to deliver measurable impact across the association. To be successful in this role, you will bring a unique blend of technical expertise and leadership, as reflected in the following qualifications :

• Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performing teams, fostering collaboration across Talent Management, HRBPs, Risk, Compliance, Audit, and business leaders.
• Advanced proficiency in HR, Talent, and Learning systems (e.g., Workday, ServiceNow, Percipio, Eightfold, Degreed, LMS platforms) with the ability to configure, distribute, and optimize reporting and audience rules.
• Strong expertise in learning analytics and talent reporting, including tracking participation, completions, certifications, compliance training, and workforce capability metrics.
• Skilled in data integration across multiple HR, Talent, and Learning platforms, consolidating information into unified dashboards and reports that support executives, HRBPs, and business leaders.
• Proven ability to design and implement reporting automation and self-service dashboards (Tableau, Power BI, SQL, or similar) to reduce manual effort and accelerate insight delivery.
• Deep knowledge of governance and compliance reporting requirements for talent and learning, ensuring audit readiness and adherence to OCC / FRB and enterprise risk standards.
• Ability to translate technical data into business-relevant insights, enabling Talent Management and Learning leaders to make informed, data-driven decisions on workforce capability and investments.

We offer a flexible work environment that requires an individual to be in the office four days per week. This position is based in San Antonio, TX. Relocation assistance is available for this position.

The salary range for this position is : $143,320 - $273,930.

USAA has an effective process for assessing market data and establishing ranges to ensure we remain competitive. You are paid within the salary range based on your experience and market data of the position. The actual salary for this role may vary by location.

Employees may be eligible for pay incentives based on overall corporate and individual performance and at the discretion of the USAA Board of Directors.
