Your Impact

As our Assistant Director of Nursing , you’ll partner with the Director of Nursing to :

Lead and inspire our nursing team to provide the highest standards of care.

Support clinical education, staff development, and quality assurance initiatives.

Collaborate with all departments to promote communication, teamwork, and resident satisfaction.

Ensure regulatory compliance and readiness through ongoing monitoring and mentorship.

Serve as a resource and role model for nurses, demonstrating integrity, professionalism, and compassion in every interaction.

What We’re Looking For

Registered Nurse (RN) with a current New York State license.

Previous leadership experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting (preferred).

Strong organizational, communication, and team-building skills.

A genuine desire to make a difference in residents’ lives every day.
