Senior Commercial Analyst

A company is looking for a Senior Commercial Analyst to join their Commercial Development team.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with the development and analysis of commercial data for budgeting and backlog forecasting

Execute and track sales compensation plans, including commission payouts

Develop tools and systems to enhance visibility into business performance and provide ongoing analytical support

Required Qualifications

Minimum of three years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance; or five years of relevant experience without a degree

3-5 years of direct finance experience, preferably in the CRO industry

Strong background in financial analysis and commercial reporting

Advanced Excel skills and experience with Tableau or similar BI tools

Exceptional math proficiency and strong organizational skills
