Job description
A company is looking for a Supervisor - Rx Navigation (Second Shift).
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day supervision and support for Pharmacy Navigation technicians
Collaborate with Workforce Planning to manage staffing and optimize team productivity
Monitor performance metrics and implement action plans for improvement
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience
Nationally Certified Pharmacy Technician and state-licensed if required
At least 3 years of experience in a retail pharmacy, PBM, or pharmacy operations setting
Proven experience in coaching and leading teams in a high-volume environment
Familiarity with pharmacy claims, PBM systems, and HIPAA / privacy requirements preferred
