As a Senior Software Engineer focused on Growth, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the systems that drive user acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization.

This is a high-impact, cross-functional role where engineering meets product, design, and data. You'll work across the stack to build fast, intuitive experiences and the infrastructure that powers experimentation, attribution, and scalable growth.

What You'll Do

• Build and ship full-stack features that improve conversion, engagement, and retention.
• Maintain clean, reliable server-side event forwarding and a consistent event schema across platforms.
• Strengthen identity and attribution systems across domains, ensuring durable tracking and UTM governance.
• Collaborate with design to create high-performance landing pages and micro-tools that capture user intent.
• Partner with product and data teams to identify growth opportunities and run rapid experiments and A / B tests.
