The Territory Account Manager is responsible for supporting commercial activities, driving strategic growth initiatives, and ensuring seamless execution of sales strategies across key markets in the Southeastern region. This role provides cross-functional support for direct sales, customer engagement, market research, and regional business planning, while collaborating closely with local representatives, key accounts, and internal stakeholders. Sales & Customer Engagement
Support direct sales activities in their territories through coordination and strategy implementation with local sales teams, distributors and manufacturer representativesAssist in managing customer accounts by providing responsive communication, quote support, and order follow-up.Serve as a regional point of contact for select customers, ensuring alignment with commercial strategy and service expectations.Business Development & Strategy Execution
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new business opportunities and inform strategy.Collaborate with global and regional leadership to support the implementation of business development initiatives tailored to their market.Contribute to execution of pricing, margin, and positioning strategies in alignment with business unit goals.Marketing & Regional Promotion
Provide input on marketing campaigns, trade show participation, and promotional activities in the region.Help adapt corporate marketing materials to ensure relevance and resonance with local audiences.Identify region-specific marketing initiatives that support lead generation and brand visibility.Sales Operations & Administration
Support order administration processes, including quote generation, CRM updates, backlog tracking, and coordination with customer service.Ensure that Territory Managers and Manufacturer Reps are equipped with the necessary tools, documentation, and strategies to effectively represent the organization.Assist with sales forecasting, pipeline tracking, and revenue planning for the region.Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work with internal teams (Sales, Product Management, Finance, Customer Service) to resolve issues and align on strategic objectives.Gather and communicate customer feedback and market insights to internal stakeholders, including input for product development and technology roadmaps.Other

Bachelor or Technical degree plus a minimum five (5) plus years relevant connector sales experienceTechnical aptitude in Electro-mechanical products working in design centers to win print position within Medical Electronics, Aerospace & Defense and Industrial Electronics customers.Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and work flowExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work with all levels of managementGood judgment with the ability to make timely and sound business decisionsWorking knowledge of Microsoft ProductsWe offer
