Experienced Payment Processor – Property Tax Services

Irving, TX (75063) | Onsite

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

1+ year mortgage servicing experience (procurement & payment of property taxes)
High School Diploma or equivalent
Typing speed of 35+ WPM
Proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, and Word
Strong mathematical and analytical skills

PREFERRED SKILLS

Experience with debits / credits and balancing files

Research and phone communication skills

Background in tax services, financial services, or mortgage banking a plus

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE

$18.50 / hr

Hours : Monday–Friday, 7AM–5PM

MUST be willing to work OT as needed depending on business needs

W2 Contract

ROLE IMPACT

Support tax payment operations by accurately obtaining, reconciling, and preparing property tax payments for clients

Work ensures the timely processing of payments to tax authorities and contributes directly to minimizing client tax penalties and maintaining compliance across jurisdictions

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Obtain and verify tax amounts from nationwide tax authorities via websites, reports, or calls

Initiate and submit check requests for agency fees and penalties

Balance client payments, match checks to vouchers, and prep packets for authority submission

Review and analyze internal reports to determine payment needs and deadlines

Communicate findings to clients promptly and accurately
