A company is looking for a Lead Financial Advisor to provide tailored financial advice to startup employees and executives.
Key Responsibilities
Provide personalized financial advice including equity compensation planning and retirement planning
Develop and maintain trusted relationships with high-net-worth clients
Shape scalable systems for delivering customized financial advice
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in financial advisory or wealth management
Expertise in equity compensation
Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field (CFP designation or advanced degree is a plus)
Proven track record in client relationship management with high-net-worth individuals
Tech-savvy and open to leveraging new tools for client experiences
