Job Description : The Senior Executive Assistant manages the day-to-day administrative operations of the assigned Senior Executive(s). This role requires extensive knowledge of executive operations, policies, practices, and personnel, along with a high level of discretion, diplomacy, and professionalism with wide latitude for independent judgment.
Depth & Scope :
- Provides diversified administrative support to the Senior Executive
- Assures timely and confidential dissemination of material and the confidential destruction of materials
- Ensures arrangements for meeting facilities and catering are well executed
- Supports the addressing of Customer / Colleague concerns directed at the Senior Executive and ensures they are routed to the appropriate person for resolution
- May personally represent the Senior Executive through experienced and polished interaction leaving an elevated professional image with Customers / Colleagues
- Plans and implements special events for Senior Executives including multi-day activities
- Ensures travel preferences, accommodations, meetings and agendas and care of guests are delivered without incident for small to large groups
- Works with external vendors and service providers to ensure consistent high-quality function support
- Ensures the Executive's complex itinerary is accommodated through detailed travel arrangements coordinating demanding schedules
- Ensures own work is in compliance with applicable laws, regulations and guidelines, as detailed in policies located on Company intranet; policies include but are not limited to Fair Lending, Know Your Customer, Bank Secrecy Act and other applicable anti-money-laundering policies
- Provides desktop support specific to department tools and software applications, assisting users and coordinating issues before escalating to technology staff
- Reviews industry-related bulletins, notices, and other types of communications and analyzes impacts as assigned, keeping Manager updated
- Develops plans for any necessary procedural changes and distributes relevant materials to affected staff
- Manages, reviews, and approves the expenses of the senior executive and their direct reports as needed
Education & Experience :
