Contract assignment : 13 weeks. October start (with start date flexibility)

Schedule :   Full time, 40 hours per week;  Monday - Friday, 5x8

Facility : Medium sized acute care facility 266 beds

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS

CDR

FL state dietetics licensure
