Springfield Pool and Spa is currently hiring a full-time retail sales associate. Duties will include ensuring the store is stocked with merchandise, helping customers find and purchase products, and ensuring customers have a positive experience in the store.
Must have excellent communication skills, a cheerful working attitude and outstanding customer service skills, ability to upsell and be familiar with POS systems (point of sale) and the ability to learn new technologies.
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent GED and reliable transportation.
Store hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm and Saturdays 9am - 5pm.
We offer competitive pay, benefits after 90 days, and paid vacation after one year of service.
