Carpenter / Laborer

Carpenter / Laborer primarily working on home modification construction projects for the aging and disabled. Mostly residential remodeling construction Bathrooms, door widenings, floor covering replacements, railings, grab bars, concrete sidewalks. Most of the work is for large health insurance companies.

Role will be handling whatever is needed - flooring, plumbing, electrical truly a jack of all trades

10 years of experience preferred - 5 years of experience may be acceptable

$28-32 per hour based on experience

Will interview with foreman

Employee will report to Trevorton office daily, will travel to jobsites throughout eastern PA from there

Full insurance company pays 75%, employee pays 25% - simple IRA Available also offer vacation & holiday

Valid PA Drivers License required

Have to have clearances : PA State Police, FBI Fingerprint, Child Abuse, & drug test. Company will pay.
