MKN (an Ardurra company) is seeking a Senior Engineer - Water / Wastewater to join our team ideally in Fresno, CA.

Primary Function :

Lead and support projects focused on water and wastewater systems. This role will play a critical part in delivering innovative engineering solutions, ensuring regulatory compliance, and contributing to sustainable water and wastewater infrastructure projects.

Primary Duties :

• Lead the planning, design, and management of water and wastewater treatment facilities, distribution systems, and collection systems.
• Conduct feasibility studies, prepare technical reports, and provide recommendations for infrastructure improvements.
• Develop detailed engineering designs, calculations, specifications, and cost estimates.
• Manage and mentor junior staff, providing technical guidance and professional development support.
• Coordinate and collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies to ensure project alignment with objectives and compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Perform site assessments, inspections, and evaluations to identify project needs and potential challenges.
• Prepare proposals, budgets, schedules, and project scopes in alignment with organizational goals and client requirements.

Education and Experience Requirements :

Compensation and Benefits :

Compensation is based on experience and qualifications. The salary range for this position is $120,000 to $160,000. The firm offers a competitive salary and benefits, and most importantly, an opportunity for engagement and support from an engineering team that has led major regional and national water resource projects.
